Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Philanthropic Partnerships team as a Fundraising and Partnership Development Lead.

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies to engage philanthropic donors, corporations, and partners to support the mission and programs of the Community Chest of Singapore.

You will lead efforts to secure funding while building long-term partnerships that maximize resources and drive social impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully securing major gifts, grants, and/or partnerships
  • Knowledge of the public sector and its key functions
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting persuasive proposals and presentations
  • Advanced data literacy and comfortable with analysing spreadsheets and dashboards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
