About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to the organization, ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing and reporting. This includes preparing interco billings and reconciliations, as well as managing fixed assets and treasury.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring smooth transaction processing and timely payments/receipts.
  2. Prepare balance sheet schedules, including financial analysis and variance reports.
  3. Manage fixed assets, including depreciation and asset disposal.
  4. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  5. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial controller support roles, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in financial software applications, including Excel, Access, and ERP systems.
