Job Title: ASEAN Solutioning Leader

As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for driving strategies in Talent Acquisition and leading a team of experts to empower growth across all industries.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the application business and have expertise in go-to-market strategies. They should be able to work closely with stakeholders to create winnable propositions and bring high-level thought leadership to the table.

  • Develop a deep understanding of HCL's Application Business and broader capabilities.
  • Work with teams to evolve go-to-market strategies for ASEAN and participate in planning for high-growth targets.
  • Evangelize HCL's capabilities with customers and industry forums.
  • Provide leadership to practices & COEs within HCL's ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to drive growth.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of 7-10 people across Singapore & India.
  • Communication: Evangelize HCL's capabilities with customers and industry forums.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership to practices & COEs within HCL's ecosystem.
