Solutioning Strategist

Description

This position calls for a seasoned leader to spearhead solutioning initiatives across industries and technologies within the ASEAN region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating win themes, developing compelling proposals, and driving growth across industries and technologies.

Oversight of a cross-border team of professionals based in Singapore and India is also expected.

This role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders including sales, finance, delivery, technology and domain COEs to craft integrated, winnable propositions for customers.

Qualifications include postgraduate degree, 15–20 years of experience in business consulting, application implementation, and support roles within Tier 1–2 firms, minimum of 10 years in solutioning or pre-sales functions, and strong familiarity with ASEAN market dynamics.
