Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Front-Line Café Crew member to join our team. As the face of our establishment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm atmosphere for all guests.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, including conflict resolution, and a genuine passion for hospitality and people.

This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and develop creative solutions to challenges.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting every guest with a smile, addressing their needs promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Contribute to a welcoming environment by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and promoting our brand values.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals, share ideas, and develop creative solutions to challenges.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage with diverse groups and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • A love for people, with a natural ability to connect with others and build strong relationships.
  • Attention to detail, enabling you to deliver high-quality results and exceed expectations.
  • Multitasking abilities, adapting quickly to changing situations and priorities.
  • Previous experience in fast-paced customer-facing roles, preferably in cafés or restaurants.
