The procurement specialist will oversee the entire procurement process from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. This involves preparing and issuing request for quotation (RFQ) documents, coordinating responses to supplier inquiries, and negotiating with bidders to obtain the best value options.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and issue RFQ documents;
- Coordinate responses to supplier inquiries;
- Negotiate with bidders to obtain the best value options;
- Conduct commercial evaluation of bids;
- Update procurement status reports;
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships;
- Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain;
- Bachelor's degree or above in a related field;
- At least 2 years of working experience in commercial procurement management;
- Basic ability requirements: able to operate various conventional office software proficiently; have good communication and negotiation skills and execution skills;
- Professional ability requirements: Familiar with bidding business related to material procurement and subcontracting.
