Front Office Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

This includes:

  • Ensuring seamless arrivals and departures by efficiently handling check-in and check-out tasks.
  • Managing online and phone reservations while maintaining accurate records of bookings and payments.
  • Providing outstanding customer service by informing guests about payment methods, verifying credit card data, and addressing complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaising with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to meet guests' needs.
  • Confirming group reservations, arranging personalized services for VIP customers, and upselling additional facilities when appropriate.
  • Maintaining compliance with governing regulations and practicing confidentiality as required by the company or management.
