Key Responsibilities

  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
  • Assist the Director in coordinating and monitoring projects
  • Track timelines and manage schedules efficiently
  • Manage Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Quotations
  • Manage Man-years given by the main contractor
  • Advise the Director on HR-related matters

Requirements

  • Knowledge of MOM employment laws
  • Prior experience in the Construction industry is preferred
