- Operate pharmaceutical production equipment, including filling lines, autoclaves, washers, formulation processes, and inspection equipment, strictly following standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate formulation activities for production batches, including the dispensing of drug substances and excipients.
- Prepare, wash, and sterilize materials and parts.
- Package finished products with precision and attention to detail.

Work EnvironmentAs a Senior Formulation Technician, you will work in a cleanroom environment where you will be exposed to various chemicals, biological products, and strong odors. You will also have to work with hazardous/toxic materials and follow strict safety protocols.
The work schedule will include 12-hour shifts, night shifts, and weekends. You will also have to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical production or a related field.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds without assistance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
