Epic Software Implementation and Support Specialist

As a Senior Technical Services Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients through the implementation and maintenance of our integrated suite of healthcare software.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher in any major and possess at least 2 years of experience in technical support for Epic software, including successful support during go-lives and version upgrades.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (any major)
  • 2+ years in technical support for Epic software

You will be responsible for providing configuration or infrastructure analysis and recommendations, proactively monitoring customer systems, making optimization recommendations, planning for upgrades and feature deployments, overseeing testing, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and reconfiguring the software or infrastructure as needed.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess strong project management competencies, including team coordination and problem-solving skills. You will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong judgment in handling escalations.

The requirements include:

-Relevant Epic software application certification

-Chronicles Database Programmer and Cache certification
