Overview*

The objective of this role is to:

- Support cluster’s use of existing and future Epic System’s technology and solutions
- Enhance current Epic solutions to promote NUHS’ goal of supporting population health in the Western region
- Represent Medical Informatics at Cluster level discussions regarding the use of Epic in the areas of population health management
- Innovate and build Epic based solutions to support the OneNUHS Application software platform
- Support NUHS’ clinical and operational community health advocates

Job Responsibilities*

You will be responsible for the following**:

- Support cluster’s use of existing and future Epic System’s technology and solutions
- Enhance current Epic solutions to promote NUHS’ goal of supporting population health in the Western region
- Represent Medical Informatics at Cluster level discussions regarding the use of Epic in the areas of population health management
- Innovate and build Epic based solutions to support the NUHS One Application
- Support clinical community health advocates

Requirements*
- Good Class Honours Degree/BSc/Master MSc/PH.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Communication Technology or related qualification
- Proven track record in software development, with outstanding management abilities and a demonstrated track record of leadership.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience (including min 3 years in managerial and supervisory role)
- Possess confidence to resonate with senior management leadership - internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
- Good analytical and organization skills
- Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
