Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with regional business objectives and growth plans.
  • Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.
  • Advise senior management on HR matters and ensure HR initiatives align with business goals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Prior working experience in the commodity industry is a MUST.
  • Experience with both start-ups and MNCs preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
