About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Design to join our leadership group in Singapore. This role offers significant potential to build upon and expand an already successful business, allowing you to make a real and lasting impact on communities.

The Opportunity

This is a pivotal moment for urban development, and we need a visionary leader to shape the future of design and landscape architecture. You will have the chance to work on diverse and impactful projects, driving design excellence and innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and generate new work, ensuring sustained profitable business performance.
  • Create compelling proposals, tenders, and submissions for new projects, showcasing your expertise and vision.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry peers, building trust and delivering exceptional results.
  • Drive revenue growth by delivering high-quality projects that meet and exceed client expectations.

Your Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant experience across Asia Pacific, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and opportunity.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong networks.
