The Role We OfferWe are seeking a talented and motivated Master Planner to join our team.
Responsibilities of the Role- Design pre-concept and concept masterplan schemes for high-profile urban design projects.
- Develop urban design strategies, diagrams, and technical studies.
- Coordinate between other team members and external consultants.
- Explain urban design concepts and technical inputs during client presentations.
- A background in architecture and/or a masters in urban design or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of masterplanning experience in a relevant field.
- Strong design and hand-drawing skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent graphical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch-up, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- An understanding of international standards and requirements.
- Excellent organisational and collaboration skills.
- Out-of-the-box thinking and the ability to hit the ground running.
- The ability to work independently and respond proactively to project challenges.
