Job Title: Spatial Visionary

The ideal candidate will contribute to the creation of innovative urban design projects, encompassing city-scale strategies and district-level master plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive master plan schemes for high-profile urban design projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce design inputs and technical studies.
  • Coordinate with external consultants to deliver project outcomes.
  • As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will present urban design concepts and technical insights to clients.

Qualifications & Capabilities:

  • A background in architecture and/or a degree in urban design or equivalent is essential.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in master planning, preferably in an urban design context.
  • Strong design skills, with the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex design concepts.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design tools, including AutoCAD, Sketch-up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of international design standards and requirements.
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
  • Capacity for independent work and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
