Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced HR Transformation and Strategic Projects Leader to spearhead initiatives that enhance HR processes, systems, and governance across the organization.

About the Role:

  • Spearhead end-to-end planning and execution of HR transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and staying within scope.
  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Align HR policies with operational needs and reduce compliance risks through collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and change management strategies to ensure adoption and long-term success.
  • Ensure strong HR data governance and utilize project insights to support continuous improvement and growth.
  • Cultivate and support HR colleagues in adopting new tools, systems, and ways of working to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • 8 years of experience in HR transformation, operations, or project management with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR process redesign, policy development, and systems implementation to drive business impact.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analytical and results-oriented approach with a strong execution mindset to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Experience with change management and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational growth and development.
