Job Overview

This is a high-level position in charge of HR technology, process, and policy transformation.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead a small team and partner closely with IT to oversee the rollout and optimization of HR systems. They will also play a critical role in shaping HR policies and governance, ensuring processes and compliance frameworks align with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in HRIS, including hands-on experience managing HRIS systems and leading HR transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, process optimization, and system implementation.
  • Experience in HR policy development, governance, and compliance.
  • Proven people management experience, as they will lead a small team and collaborate closely with IT and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, the ability to generate actionable insights from HR data, and experience translating them into strategic business recommendations.
