Human Resources Manager Opportunity

We seek a skilled and accomplished professional to lead our HR function in Employee Experience & Transformation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and communicate forward-thinking HR policies through research and benchmarking, ensuring they remain progressive and future-ready.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and line managers to effectively implement policies, address FAQs, and provide relevant training.
  • Support employee relations cases by preparing documentation and reports for investigations, grievances, and whistle-blowing cases.
  • Analyze case outcomes and identify trends to inform proactive interventions.
  • Contribute to workforce transformation projects, working closely with leaders and HR teams to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Analyze workforce data and trends, providing recommendations for projects.
  • Evaluate and enhance HR processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop HR communication materials, such as FAQs, toolkits, and videos, to support change initiatives.
  • Aid engagement campaigns and track the effectiveness of HR Comms through feedback and analytics.

To be successful, you will require at least 6 years of relevant experience in HR, with expertise in policy, employee relations, projects, and HR communications.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary, as well as comfort in managing complexity.
