Job Overview:

The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for managing and attending to incoming guests and phone enquiries, ensuring proper transfer to the appropriate personnel. They will also issue and manage access passes for visitors accurately, maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the front desk and pantry, and ensure meeting rooms are set up as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and attend to incoming guests and phone enquiries

  • Assist in internal company event setup and coordination of caterer
  • Coordinate and maintain accurate records of daily courier activities
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties assigned by the manager, including processing of invoices

Requirements:

  • Secondary School Qualification
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Front Desk Coordinator
  • Experience in internal company event setting up
