Job Title:

Data Storage Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Storage Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in storage engineering, troubleshooting, and cloud-based solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting various data storage systems, including PureStorage, NAS, SANs, and server-grade hardware maintenance.

  • Hands-on experience with data storage systems and cloud platforms is required.
  • Troubleshooting and recovering customer services onsite or remotely within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) is essential.
  • Providing training for junior engineers and customers when needed is also an important aspect of this role.
