Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Management Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance and performance to deliver consistent value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Relationship Management: Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Performance Compliance Monitoring: Manage vendor service performance as per contractual agreement.
  • Contract & Document Management: Maintenance and tracking of contract repository and renewals.
  • Procurement & Cost Optimization: Facilitate in the negotiation and procurement of vendor services.
  • Reporting: Develop and publish vendor scorecards and performance dashboards.
  • Operational Support: Resolve user software issues to ensure users can utilize the software.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Information Technology or a related field with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Diploma Business Administration, Supply Chain or Information Technology, or related field with 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
