Key Vendor Manager Role

This position plays a critical role in shaping the vendor management landscape, driving strategic partnerships and operational efficiency across infrastructure and cyber operations.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing global vendor relationships, delivering cost savings, and improving service performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing vendor strategies that align with business objectives
  • Managing vendor performance, including SLA compliance, delivery timelines, and risk management
  • Fostering strong relationships with vendors, internal stakeholders, and external partners
  • Driving innovation and cost optimization through process improvements and technology advancements

Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience in vendor management, infrastructure, or service management roles
  • Prior experience leading vendor strategy, commercial negotiations, and service management in a regulated environment
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings, service performance improvements, or risk mitigation through third-party optimization
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, with ability to influence C-level vendors and internal product/platform leads
