We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the implementation, configuration, and management of our Customer Success platform.
As a key member of our team, your role will be crucial in ensuring that the platform effectively supports customer engagement, adoption, and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- System Administration & Configuration: Configure, maintain, and optimize system settings to align with business needs.
- User Management & Security: Administer user roles, permissions, and security settings while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
- Data Integration & Management: Manage and oversee integrations between systems.
- Process Automation: Implement automated workflows and triggers to support customer strategies.
- Collaboration with Senior Manager: Align system usage with business priorities and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Troubleshooting & System Support: Identify and resolve system issues to optimize platform performance.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into customer health.
- End-User Training & Adoption: Conduct training sessions and create enablement materials to enhance system adoption among teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with system updates, best practices, and new features to optimize system capabilities.
As a successful candidate, you will have a strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and experience in system administration, configuration, or similar platforms.
Preferred qualifications include experience in software industries, knowledge of customer engagement strategies and data analytics, familiarity with security and compliance best practices, and certifications in relevant systems.
