Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our projects to success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects to customers in accordance with contractual commitments.

This includes effective management of stakeholders, internal project teams, vendors, time, budget, schedules, and risks to deliver on our commitments to our customers.

  • Plan and coordinate project execution
  • Develop project management plans, including risk management plans, to ensure effective project management and delivery
  • E nsure quality and testing
  • Lead and manage project team members
  • Manage vendors and contracts
  • Communicate project progress
  • Anticipate and resolve issues
  • Report project progress
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with technological developments
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (computer/telecommunication), computer science/information technology, or equivalent
  • More than 7 years of experience in project management of large-scale projects with good technical knowledge on .Net, Java, J2EE, Application Servers, Databases, etc.
  • Customer-oriented and a team player with the ability to effectively lead and motivate team members towards common objectives
  • A self-starter and ability to work under pressure and tight schedule with a positive and proactive attitude to anticipate challenges and resolve issues
  • Strong competency and experience in managing and motivating multi-disciplinary teams
  • Proficient with Microsoft Project or other project management reporting tools
  • Certifications in project management such as CSM and/or PMP are preferred
  • Effective communications and presentation skills, both written and oral
  • Experienced in managing projects in the public sector
  • Experienced in managing Agile implementation is preferred
