Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join our team. As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of architectural projects from conception to completion.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to coordinate project activities, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate multiple architectural projects simultaneously
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop detailed project specifications
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress, costs, and performance
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural project management
  • Strong technical knowledge of architectural design principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Architecture or related field
  • Professional certifications such as LEED AP or RIBA
  • Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects
