Award-Winning Architectural Design Professional Wanted

The company is seeking an Architectural Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of architectural principles, construction materials, and building codes.
The role involves research on materials, methods, and construction techniques, as well as interpreting design concepts and translating them into workable solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and presenting design proposals, assisting the project architect on site implementation, and liaising with consultants and contractors.
- Knowledge of fundamental principles and practices of architecture, construction materials, and building codes;
- Research on materials, methods, and construction techniques;
- Interpret design concept and translate them into workable solution and ensure design quality and authority compliance;
- Conceptualize and present design proposal;
- Assist and support Architect in executing multiple architectural projects;
- Assist in tender drawings and material specifications;
- Assist in liaising and coordinating with consultants and contractors;
- Assist project Architect on site implementation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Acknowledged Degree in Architecture or equivalent;
- Well-versed in Autodesk Building Design Suite software including Revit Architecture;
- Completed BCA Academy's BIM Modeling and BIM Management would be an added advantage;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
