This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and skilled construction management professional to join our team as a Construction Project Engineer. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in leading teams, managing budgets, and coordinating with stakeholders. You will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including project progress, finances, and risk management.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other specialists to ensure design intent is met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.
  • Familiarity with construction software, such as Autodesk and Procore.
