Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist in Food Technology to ensure production meets rigorous quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting daily inspections to verify adherence to ISO 22000 standards, including OCPPs, OPRPs, and SOPs, ensuring that all processes meet regulatory requirements.

This role involves developing, implementing, and managing our food safety management systems to guarantee product quality and safety. As a team player, you will collaborate with colleagues to identify and resolve problems, maintaining accurate documentation and records throughout the process.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will handle ISO documentation, audits, internal/external, and Halal audits, performing ad-hoc duties assigned by management as needed.

Key Requirements
  • Degree in Food Technology or related field
  • Familiarity with GMP/HACCP/ISO 22000 protocols
  • Able to focus, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
