Job Title: Poultry Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the delivery of raw meat products.

This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to handle heavy lifting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Unpacking and Handling of Raw Meat: Unpack, wash, and pack raw meat for delivery while ensuring good quality.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and ensure all colleagues handle food according to guidelines.
  • Delivery Management: Manage delivery schedules and ensure timely delivery to clients.
  • Liaison with Clients: Liaise with clients on delivery whenever required.
  • Hygiene and Safety: Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained among colleagues.
  • Daily Reporting: Report workflow progress to the manager daily.

Requirements:
  • No Allergies: Ability to handle poultry without allergies.
  • Physical Demands: Able to carry 15-20 kg of meat when required.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills.
