Job Title: Sales Expert for Poultry Markets

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our poultry sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the poultry industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and profitability across diverse markets.
  • Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities within the poultry industry.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of customer requirements and challenges to offer tailored poultry product solutions.
  • D deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the unique value proposition of our products.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, consistently achieving and surpassing assigned targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in F&B foodservice sales, with a strong background in the poultry industry.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the poultry industry, including products, applications, and market trends.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingsness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
