Job Title: Production Operations Director

">About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Production Operations Director to lead our factory operations in Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and managing the overall operations and financial performance of our two plants, ensuring high productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of experience in manufacturing management processes, with a proven track record of driving industrial relations harmony and accountability. They will also possess strong business acumen, analytical skills, leadership abilities, and proficiency in English and Chinese communication and writing.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Directs and manages overall operations and financial performance of the two plants
  • Sets policies and procedures to guide plant operations' productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
  • Organizes mid-to-long-term plans and annual work plans
  • Takes responsibility for production progress, total production capacity, quality, and production efficiency
  • Ensures systematic collection of operational metrics to analyze productivity and set performance targets
  • Supports development and deployment of manufacturing practices focused on quality and continuous improvement
  • Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments
  • Directs operations by ensuring close collaboration between teams to analyze demand and develop production strategies
  • Troubleshoots process-related problems and formulates corrective action plans
  • Drives industrial relations harmony and accountability for all plant KPIs
  • Overses multi-functional plant teams including finance, engineering, materials, quality assurance, and human resources
">Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

Experience: At least 10+ years of experience in manufacturing and hands-on experience in factory production and manufacturing management processes, management methods, and models

Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills; Proficiency in English and Chinese communication and writing

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Location: Willing to be based in Vietnam
