Job Summary:

  • This role oversees power plant operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and efficient management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily plant activities, including environmental, health, and safety standards.
  • Develop shift schedules and allocate tasks to technical officers.
  • Provide technical support to staff and monitor plant performance indicators.
  • Identify operational concerns and ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
  • Monitor day-to-day progress and operations to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Create standard operating procedures and alarm responses for plant malfunctions.
  • Act as Senior Authorized Person (SAP) in preparing, reviewing, and issuing Permits To Work.
  • Lead teams during plant emergency situations and abnormal conditions.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage and lead teams during plant emergencies effectively.
  • Competent person to carry out 230KV switching operations safely.
