Cafe Ambassador Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cafe Service Crew to join our dynamic team in Singapore.

The main purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

  • Customer Service: Provide fast and courteous service to customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Table Management: Inspect cafes serving stations for neatness, cleanliness, and supplies, observing tables and keeping track of clean, dirty, and occupied tables.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean, organize, and stock menus at designated areas, maintaining a high standard of hygiene.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate professionally with team members and Outlet Supervisors to ensure smooth cafe operations.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
