Job Title: Cafe Operations Team Member

The Cafe Operations Team Member will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cafe, ensuring a safe and clean environment for customers and staff alike.

  • Manage cafe operations, including scheduling staff, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
  • Ensure overall safety and cleanliness of café work areas, adhering to NEA standards and guidelines on food hygiene
  • Coordinate internal orders for events and oversee equipment inventory and its proper maintenance and working condition
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure smooth cafe operations
  2. Monitor and minimize waste, ensuring proper disposal of food waste
Requirements:
  • Valid Food Safety course certification
  • Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma certification
  • At least 1 year experience in operations/baking/barista
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and a love for baking/coffee
  • Friendly, positive, and eager to contribute to a fun, growing cafe
