Job Title

Overview:

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Cafe Team Member to join our cafe team. As the face of our cafe, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly, professional manner
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or barista
  • Serve food and beverages promptly
  • Assist the barista with drink preparation when required
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, service stations, and counter
  • Support opening and closing duties
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

  • No prior F&B experience necessary – training will be provided
  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work well in a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-groomed individual
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays
