Quantitative Trading Platform Support Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned support professional to join our Platform Support Engineering team in Singapore. The candidate will be part of a team that provides front-line support for our proprietary quantitative trading platform.
The team follows a global support structure, providing 24/7 monitoring and support for our trading environment. We work closely with development teams to ensure the reliability, maintainability, and performance of our production environment.
Responsibilities:- Investigate and resolve issues/outages as they occur and escalate when necessary.
- Serve as the first point of contact for production issues, support requests, and alerts.
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure successful deployment of new code into production.
- Automate processes and workflows as well as build tools for our environment.
We are looking for candidates with experience working under pressure in fast-paced environments. They should have experience supporting applications in Linux environments, developing tools, and automating processes.
Candidates should also have experience with FIX protocol, monitoring, and performance management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Experience performing FIX certification/onboarding, knowledge of storage devices, and experience with application monitoring systems like ITRS Geneos are desirable.
Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and q/kdb+ is a plus.
