  • Supervise, organize, and train warehouse employees to achieve peak operational efficiency.
  • Determine product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory levels, gate processes, and shipping methods.
  • Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and meet short- and long-term performance goals.
  • Oversee daily operations, controlling and managing inventory and logistics to ensure seamless workflows.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing management, with expertise in inventory control and logistics.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
