Job Title: HSSEQ Supervisor

This role plays a vital part in ensuring the implementation and enforcement of HSSEQ guidelines, policies, plans, and programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the effective implementation and enforcement of HSSEQ guidelines, policies, plans, and programmes.
  • Comply with HSSEQ standards, relevant QHSE laws, and codes of practice to ensure a safe workplace and meet client needs.
  • Provide hands-on support to all Affiliate Depots/Sites and Stakeholders for HSSEQ implementation.
  • Perform daily site walks to monitor and promote a safe workplace, conduct QHSE audits and inspections, and manage safety incidents and issues.
  • Operate a comprehensive safety system incorporating preventive actions and risk management.
  • Handle updates, documentation, audits, and licensing.
  • Collect and report monthly HSSEQ data to Management and clients.
  • Coordinate HSSEQ-related communication with clients.
  • Perform audits, assessments, and safety follow-ups.
  • Assist in maintaining calibration and equipment service reports.
  • Provide HSSEQ training and manage monthly safety meetings.
  • Manage site security and collaborate with security providers.
  • Maintain safety equipment with vendor collaboration.
  • Conduct routine fire safety checks and drills.
  • Verify and assure the implementation of Control of Work tools and Process Safety Fundamentals.
  • Assist logistics support during equipment mobilization, demobilization, and maintenance.
  • Conduct QHSE presentations and training for employees as required.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of HSSEQ principles and practices.
