HSSEQ Compliance Specialist

As a HSSEQ Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing HSSEQ guidelines, policies, plans, and programmes within our organization. You will work closely with affiliate depots/sites and stakeholders to provide ongoing support and ensure a safe working environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Enforce HSSEQ standards, relevant laws, and codes of practice for a safe workplace and client needs.
- Provide training and support to team members on HSSEQ procedures and best practices.
- Conduct daily site walks and monitor safety to identify potential risks and hazards.
- Manage and resolve safety incidents, handle updates, documentation, audits, and licensing.
- Gather HSSEQ data and report monthly to management and clients.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with HSSEQ guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in managing and resolving safety incidents.
