- Position Title**:Senior HSSEQ Executive**:

- Working Location: Jurong Island (Company Transportation Provided, Islandwide)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri, 8 AM-5:45 PM)
- Salary Package**:Up to SGD 5000 + Allowances + Incentive + AWS + Variable Bonus**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Participating and abiding by all HSSEQ policies, procedures and rules to ensure that the workplace is a safe environment and services are delivered to client’s requirements
- Maintaining HSSEQ management system documentation, manuals, procedures, forms, checklists, risk assessments, statistics
- Administration and record keeping e.g. MOC, DCN, reports, audits, inspections, licences etc.
- Executing required controls mandated by the management system
- Inspecting terminal areas to ensure compliance with legislation, standards, codes of practice, guidelines, clients’ requirements and generally recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices
- Coordinate and communicate with clients on HSEQ projects/programs/ campaigns
- Conducting and generating reports for HSSEQ internal & external audits, client assessments, authority assessments, table-top exercises and drills. Close follow-up to complete safety actions
- Reporting and addressing any potential hazards, near misses, mini-audits, NCs and other incidents
- Planning, Developing and Delivering HSSEQ training for staff, visitors, contractors, hauliers and CERT Team
- Responding to Non-conformities, Near Misses and Accidents to provide support to Operations, CERT Team and other departments. Investigate and provide recommendations to address root causes of the non-conformities, near misses and accidents. Follow up and close incident actions promptly
- Prepare and organise Monthly HSSEQ Committee Meetings and Monthly HSSE trainings
- Responsible for Site Security and managing Security Agency providing 24hrs site security services
- Carry out daily inspection at site, Liaise with vendors, contractors to maintain emergency and fire safety equipment, Perform fire alarm testing, Assist the manager in organizing Fire Drills, CERT Audits and Quarterly HSE Campaigns, Enhance quality capabilities for chemical third party logistics services and packaging, Investigate and address client quality complaints, Liaise with vendors, contractors to maintain emergency and security equipment, Conducting of Quarterly Night Security Drill
- Duties as assigned by superior

- Min. 4 years experience in a logistics, manufacturing, petrochemical and/or industrial environment
- Diploma in Engineering and Degree in Safety Health and Environment
- Degree in Engineering and WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (Level C)
- MUST have FSM Cert
- Preferably registered WSHO (Level D, NEBOSH) & registered FSM
- Prior experience as WAH Supervisor or Manager, able to work at height and climb cat ladders
- Own a motorcycle or Class 3 driving license
