**1.0 DESCRIPTION**

1.1 This position reports to the Head of HSSEQ. Support the Head of HSSEQ with HSSEQ Management System; monitoring HSE objectives; liaising with local contractors and agencies regarding HSE; assessing local risks; generating local HSE procedures, work instructions and checklists; preparing and monitoring HSE plans that define how the HSE Management System is implemented at the location level; monitoring compliance to policies, standards and procedures; compliance audits and self-audits..- **2.0 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- 2.1 Primary responsibilities included but not limited to the following job scope:

- Coordinate the HSSEQ training of personnel, including contractors.
- Keep abreast of new documentation and training material related to HSSEQ and inform HSSEQ Manager.
- Ensure that HSE documentation is updated and available onsite.
- ISM and DOC documentation for Shipmanagement
- Monitor and follow up on HSE reports and coordinate safety meetings and support the HSE team with HSE audits.
- Review PAL and ISO to ensure that logged data is correct and up to date.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned including keeping track of PPE Inventories and raising requisitions as required
- 2.2 Comply with HSE requirements:
- 2.2.1 Environmental Aspects & Impacts Assessment.
- 2.2.2 OHS Hazardous & Risk Assessment.
- 2.2.3 Follow HSE Regulations.
- **3.0 REQUIREMENTS**
- 3.1 Passionate about HSSEQ and Ship Management
- 3.2 Have a basic understanding of or interested in learning about HSSEQ and Ship Management services sectors.
- 3.3 Proficient in research, MS Office, some experience in HSSEQ and understanding of ship Management
- 3.4 Proficient in English, other languages within Asia would be an added advantage.
- 3.5 Driven, self-motivated individual with good HSSEQ acumen.
