We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Leader to drive rapid new business sales growth in FSI accounts across the region. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives and developing a sales strategy that aligns with our business plan.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a High-Performing Sales Team: Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to drive excellence and achieve sales goals.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Drive sales strategy for the region, in alignment with the plan, and in coordination with Sales Operations to effectively Go-To-Market.
- Manage Sales Performance: Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business, and achieve annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Engage and align effectively in C-level meetings to understand customer business requirements, and build effective working relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, our Partner community, and the ServiceNow executive team.
- Grow Existing Customer Base: Retain and grow existing customer base with regular non-sales customer engagement activities to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Extensive Sales Experience: Proven track record of new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation skills within the FSI industry and at C-Level.
- Domain Expertise: Strong domain experience in the FSI market and existing C-suite relationships.
- Leadership Skills: Strong success in recruiting, coaching, and managing an exceptional sales team.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking, including analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals.
- CRM Management: Ownership of accurate CRM reports, including current and future quarterly forecasts and opportunity inspection.
- Sales Process Management: Experienced in driving sales process and effective working relationships with Sales Operations.
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and business drivers around IT, and ability to build long-term strategic and senior-level relationships.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and growing environment.
