As a seasoned leader, we are seeking an accomplished General Manager to spearhead our indoor playground venture.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, sales, and team management.

The General Manager will oversee daily operations, drive growth initiatives, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute revenue-generating sales and marketing strategies.
  • Manage staff, oversee daily operations, and maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and service quality.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and service improvements.
  • BUILD PARTNERSHIPS, DEVELOP SALES STRATEGIES, AND ENHANCE THE OVERALL BRAND PRESENCE IN THE MARKET.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in retail, hospitality, leisure, events, or entertainment industries.
  • Proven track record in business development and sales.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience leading multi-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
