Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICT trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions in the adult education sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong subject matter expertise in areas such as Food Services, Retail, Hotel, and Tourism.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering ICT training programs
  • Evaluating trainee performance and providing feedback
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for curriculum-related tasks
  • Motivating and evaluating the performance of ICT trainers

Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of practical industry experience in data analytics, automation, cybersecurity risk, or ICT
  • Familiarity with data analytics, automation, cybersecurity risk, and/or in-demand digital tools is essential
  • Knowledge about the digital economy and associated cybersecurity risks
  • Experience in courseware authorship/adult training
  • Excellent command of the English language and writing skills
  • ACTA/ACLP qualification is a must
  • Awareness of the jobs and digital skills required in the current and future digital economy
  • Awareness of various digital applications and tools in work applications, including widely applicable national or sectoral platforms
