Job Title: ICT & Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and passionate ICT Trainer to join our team as a key player in delivering structured computing programs for teachers, students, parents, and the public.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Design and deliver comprehensive ICT training sessions for staff and students
• Develop and maintain resources for teaching coding, app development, 3D printing, design, maker activities, graphics, AI, ML, and VR
• Conduct workshops on Edtech tools such as gamification, Augmented Reality, and Virtual Reality
• Collaborate with colleagues to co-facilitate lower secondary project work in coding using the Design Thinking framework
• Procure and maintain IT tools and software used for IT programs, workshops, and project work
• Assist in providing IT training workshops for teachers in using Edtech for teaching and learning
• Maintain the makerspace at the library and iSTEM STUDIO where maker workshops are conducted
• Host live streaming and events (using OBS)

**Working Relationships:**
• Develop strong working relationships with colleagues across various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication
• Build and maintain partnerships with external organizations and vendors to stay updated on industry trends and best practices

**Requirements and Qualifications:**
• Strong background in ICT education, instructional design, or related field
• Excellent teaching and presentation skills
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools, including but not limited to Swift Playgrounds, Scratch, Micro:bit, Makecode Arcade, Thunkable, GameSalad, Tinkercad, Sketchup, Canva, Figma, Cricut Design Space, Inkscape, Apple Reality Composer, Google Teachable Machine, OBS, and Final Cut Pro
• Experience in designing and delivering workshops, training sessions, and project-based learning experiences
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Familiarity with technology-enhanced learning and Edtech solutions
