Job Description

As an ICT Specialist, you will be responsible for creating training materials and delivering engaging ICT workshops and lessons to pupils. Your role will also involve conducting interest group ICT workshops for both pupils and staff, as well as providing support to the ICT department in various ICT-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high-quality training materials and conduct ICT workshops/lessons for pupils">
  • Organize and lead interest group ICT workshops for pupils and staff">
  • Support the ICT department in updating the school website, digital signage, and other ICT-related tasks">
  • Maintain school devices such as iPads, STEM products, and ICT applications">
  • Provide consultancy services and assist teachers with computer-related matters">
  • Perform other ICT-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by School Leaders and HOD ICT">

Requirements and Qualifications

  • ">
  • Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field">
  • Proficient in operating systems, productivity software, and educational applications">
  • Familiar with basic coding and programming platforms">
  • At least 1 year of experience in ICT support, training, or educational technology roles preferred">

Working Hours and Contract Terms

The successful candidate will be employed on a 1-year contract, from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The working hours are Mondays to Fridays, 7:45 am to 4:45 pm, inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break. Personnel may be required to work on weekends or extended hours due to school events, with time-off in lieu granted according to school guidelines.
