BIM Model Coordinator Job Summary

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented BIM Model Coordinator to play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of 3D models. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that these models are accurate, complete, and compliant with project specifications.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of Autodesk Building Design Suite software, including Revit Architecture, as well as experience in Navisworks and clash detection software's.

We require a strong team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams and possess good communication skills in both English and Chinese.

About the Role
  • Create and manage 3D models using BIM software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless model coordination and data exchange.
  • Maintain and update models as necessary, ensuring they remain accurate and up-to-date.
  • Develop and implement best practices for model management and coordination.
  • Provide training and support to team members on BIM software and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working on BIM projects as a BIM Coordinator.
  • Degree in Architecture/Structure/Mechanical or its equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite software, including Revit Architecture.
  • Experience in Navisworks and any clash detection software's.
  • Knowledge in BIM 360 / ACC.
  • Good communication, reading, and writing skills in both English and Chinese.
