Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Dim Sum Specialist to join our culinary team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in preparing various pastry and dim sum dishes, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency standards. They should also be able to collaborate with colleagues in creating new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare high-quality dim sum dishes for customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create new menu items.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Superior from time to time.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar kitchen role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Able to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Team player with positive attitude and strong communication skills.
