Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tax Professional to join our team. As a Tax Executive, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation, collaborating with internal teams and external tax agents, and ensuring timely and accurate filings.

You will oversee documents of the Group and the remuneration model with the related party, assist in Singapore Corporate Income Tax ('CIT') compliance related matters and withholding tax filings, and respond to queries from IRAS and tax agents.

You will also support senior executives and/or managers in ad-hoc projects, such as cross-border transactions and M&A, and attend accounting/tax related inquiries from other teams in Accounting and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and validate transfer pricing documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external tax agents
  • Oversee documents of the Group and the remuneration model
  • Assist in CIT compliance related matters and withholding tax filings
  • Respond to queries from IRAS and tax agents
  • Support senior executives and/or managers in ad-hoc projects
  • Attend accounting/tax related inquiries
Required Skills and Qualifications
