Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Tax Specialist to join our team. As a Corporate Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of corporate tax services, working with clients to understand their business requirements, and leading tax advisory and compliance services across industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing the delivery of corporate tax services.
  • Working with clients to understand their business requirements.
  • Leading tax advisory and compliance services across industries.
  • Advising clients on restructuring exercises and cross-border transactions.
  • Identifying and following up on opportunities.
  • Working with Partners to identify business development opportunities.
  • Handling tax queries from regulatory authorities.
  • Acting as an engagement lead which includes planning, scheduling, and budgeting of projects.
  • Conducting seminars on corporate tax topics for clients and staff.
  • Mentoring and managing junior tax staff.
  • Proactively reviewing and continuously improving workflows.

Requirements:
  • Recognised degree and/or relevant professional qualification.
  • Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP) accreditation preferred.
  • Able to lead a team and have a strong understanding of corporate tax issues.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication (both written and spoken), and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to understanding clients' requirements and grooming the team.
